I love this date book for several reasons. I have used other nature centered planners for over 20 years, but will purchase Llewellyn's book in the future. Here are the things I like about it:The size is more compact.It has a nice spiral binding.The paper is not shiny. This was always an issue for me with other books. I look forward to writing in this one.The extra reading material is excellent. I have enjoyed the articles that I have read so far.It's a great date book that I am very excited to use! I would definitely recommend it and, as I said before, will be buying them for years to come!
I've been buying these for several years, and find the writing in them a pleasing break from the daily grind. While not a practitioner of the craft, I find the writing inspiring nonetheless, and some day I may try some of the food recipes. . . .
I paired this with the 2019 Witches Almanac so I can see at the turn of a page all of the information I'll need to keep track of appointments, keep track of astrological correspondences, and just about every bit of information a pagan might need to plan time effectively. Excellent value!

I purchased one of these date books every year, because they have all of the information that I need and want, such as moon phases, astrological phases, holidays of all sorts not just pagan holidays, and there is plenty of room for me to write down things I need to write, just like I would in any other calendar. I adore this planner the moment I got it. For the price, the art, the little article, the features it has. This is great. Each week has a large beautiful photo, a recipe, or a small article that is normally relevant to the time of year. it also have about 20 pages at the front of small reading material that I plan to save for when I’m stuck on a bus with a dead phone. This also tracks planets and rétrogrades and everything you’d need as a witch, pagan, Wiccan, astrologer or any of the sorts.It keeps me motivated on my path by intertwining witchy things in a daily activity I already do.And the actual size is perfect as well as the paper is a pretty cream color.Will be buying this every year now
I think the datebook is overall cute and useful, but, despite the peaceful image on the front of the woman in harmony with nature and other animals, the book is full of references to violence against animals, including hunting recipes, super disgusting. will not be purchasing again next year
